UP-99-08 <br /> Page 2 <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above <br /> ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. <br /> Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> F. Connection to an approved public water supply system for each parcel as required by <br /> Section 9-1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> G. Should this site be greater than 200 feet to public water then construct a water well under <br /> permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> H. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> � n D <br />
