CA <br /> PHONE NUMBER: (209) 468-0331 11 ���� <br /> RE: UP-99-08, Attention Kai Luoma <br /> 4100 South State Route 99, East Frontage Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Connection to a public sewer system is required for each parcel. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> B. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities for each parcel shall either <br /> be bonded for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above <br /> ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. <br /> Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> E. Connection to an approved public water supply system for each parcel as required by <br /> Section 9-1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
