SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NUMBER PA-03-52
4310 SOUTH STATE ROUTE 99 EAST FRONTAGE ROAD
STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA
r
1.0 IN'T'RODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Our office was contracted by Mr. Mario Serrano to conduct a soil suitability study for the
r
proposed catering truck repair facility to be located at 4310 South State Route 99 East
Frontage Road, Stockton, California.
r
The Soil Suitability Study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for
the use with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of
Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field
work included conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as
required by San Joaquin County Public Health Service Environmental Health Department
(EHD).
In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,
` geologic maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of
soils for use with a septic system. A water sample was collected from a faucet at the on-site
r domestic water well and was tested for nitrate and DBCP.
This report has been formatted to correspond to the EHD's SSS Requirements Checklist,
dated July 14, 2003.
LODI ■ SACRAMENTO ■ MODESTO
ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION 902 Industrial Way,Lodi,California 95240 ■209.3673701 ■ 209.369.4228 ■www.noandersonxom
L
