A water sample was collected from a faucet at the on-site
r domestic water well and was tested for nitrate and DBCP.
This report has been formatted to correspond to the EHD's SSS Requirements Checklist,
dated July 14, 2003.
LODI ■ SACRAMENTO ■ MODESTO
ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION 902 Industrial Way,Lodi,California 95240 ■209.3673701 ■ 209.369.4228 ■www.noandersonxom
L
