Frontage Road,Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On February 15, 2000, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> SA-99-100 subjectto the enclosed Conditionsof Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on February 25,2000. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday,the <br /> appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months <br /> (by August 26, 2001).
