The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department option, the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee <br /> of $115.00. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2 and City of Stockton) <br /> 5 The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $167.96 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 6, The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $423.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. A credit will be allowed for building being removed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8.
