PA-0200364 OF STOCKTON BAPTIST CHURCH (C/O AERIE, INC.) (APN: 087-030-18, 22, & 23) (ADDRESS: 5480 N STATE ROUTE 99 EAST FRONTAGE ROAD, STOCKTON) The project is a Use Permit for the expansion of an existing church and school. The project will be completed in two (2) phases over a two (2) year period. The phases are as follows: Phase I • One 1,320 square foot modular for a classroom • One 2,160 square foot modular for a classroom Phase II (building permits to be issued within two (2) years from the date of approval) • One 2,160 square foot modular for a classroom • One 5,184 square foot sanctuary building for church services The church will have a maximum seating capacity of 300 persons and the school will serve a maximum of 150 children. (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Community & Educational Services-General). The site currently uses a 9,004 square foot building for church services and classrooms and a 1,320 square foot modular for a classroom. There are currently approximately 160 members of the church who attend services regularly and approximately 150 students who attend school. The church holds Sunday services from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and bible study on Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The school operates five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There are ten (10) full time staff members who work at the church Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The project site is located on the east side of State Route 0 East Frontage Road, 2000 feet south of Hammer Lane, Stockton.
