PA-0200364 OF STOCKTON <br /> BAPTIST CHURCH (C/O AERIE, INC.) (APN: 087-030-18, 22, & 23) <br /> (ADDRESS: 5480 N STATE ROUTE 99 EAST FRONTAGE ROAD, <br /> STOCKTON) <br /> The project is a Use Permit for the expansion of an existing church and school. The <br /> project will be completed in two (2) phases over a two (2) year period. The phases are <br /> as follows: <br /> Phase I <br /> • One 1,320 square foot modular for a classroom <br /> • One 2,160 square foot modular for a classroom <br /> Phase II (building permits to be issued within two (2) years from the date of approval) <br /> • One 2,160 square foot modular for a classroom <br /> • One 5,184 square foot sanctuary building for church services <br /> The church will have a maximum seating capacity of 300 persons and the school will <br /> serve a maximum of 150 children. (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Community & <br /> Educational Services-General). The site currently uses a 9,004 square foot building for <br /> church services and classrooms and a 1,320 square foot modular for a classroom. <br /> There are currently approximately 160 members of the church who attend services <br /> regularly and approximately 150 students who attend school. The church holds Sunday <br /> services from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and bible study on Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to <br /> 9:00 p.m. The school operates five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday) between <br /> the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There are ten (10) full time staff members who <br /> work at the church Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> The project site is located on the east side of State Route 0 East Frontage Road, 2000 <br /> feet south of Hammer Lane, Stockton.
