b. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Streets <br /> and Highway Title Section 103103) <br /> C. Ingress and egress access to the public roadway shall be limited to the driveway <br /> approach only. No vehicle backing onto the public roadway is allowed. (Planning Title <br /> Section 93704) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a Upgrade the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). Install the septic system <br /> to meet the demand of 155 parishoners. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> d. Destroy the well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division, as per <br /> the notes on the site plan. <br /> e. The new well is to be installed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time the old well is destroyed. <br /> f. Should the number of non-residerrt individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away' sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - UP-92-21 <br />
