State Route 99, E. Frontage Road, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-3003). <br /> b. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003); state <br /> specific repairs. Install septic system to meet demand of 250 parishioners. <br /> C. Destroy the well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab.
