SUBJECT: USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. IIP-92-21 OF NATIONAL TELEPHONE S TELEGRAPH CO. (C/O STOCKTON BAPTIST CHURCH) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is for a Use Permit application to establish a 250- seat (maximum) church within an existing building located on the east side of State Route 99 , East Frontage Road, 2100 feet south of Hammer Lane, east of Stockton. The requested number of seats for the church would trigger the requirement for a total of eighty-seven (87) parking spaces. Given the small size of the site and the number of seats shown on the Site Plan, staff has developed recommended Conditions of Approval that reflect a maximum of 155 seats in the church. * t The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- referenced application and will recommend to the Planning Commission that it be approved, subject to the following recommended Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. ordinance Requirements cannot be modified.
