(C/O STOCKTON BAPTIST CHURCH) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Use Permit application to establish a 250- <br /> seat (maximum) church within an existing building located on the <br /> east side of State Route 99 , East Frontage Road, 2100 feet south <br /> of Hammer Lane, east of Stockton. <br /> The requested number of seats for the church would trigger the <br /> requirement for a total of eighty-seven (87) parking spaces. <br /> Given the small size of the site and the number of seats shown on <br /> the Site Plan, staff has developed recommended Conditions of <br /> Approval that reflect a maximum of 155 seats in the church. <br /> * t <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and will recommend to the Planning <br /> Commission that it be approved, subject to the following <br /> recommended Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
