Ingress and egress access to the public roadway shall be limited to the driveway <br /> approach only. No vehicle backing onto the public roadway is allowed. PUBUC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a Upgrade the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). Install the septic system <br /> to meet the demand of 155 parishoners. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 53003). <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> d. Destroy the well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division, as per <br /> the notes on the site plan. <br /> e. The new well is to be installed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time the old well is destroyed. <br />
