DEPARTMENT OF PUBUC WORKS: <br /> a Hacienda Lane shall be surfaced across the north frontage with either two-inch asphalt <br /> concrete (minimum) or liquid asphalt. (Planning Title Section 9-2123) <br /> �6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,996.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as 'Service Commercial' in the Stockton <br /> area If no building permit is required, the fee will be exempt. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90-304 & R-91-1025) <br /> C. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Streets <br /> and Highway Title Section 103103) <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently <br /> is $221.26 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as 'Service Commercial.' <br /> If no building permit is required, the fee will be exempt The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent An additional 3.5 percent <br /> shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91327) <br /> e. Ingress and egress access to the public roadway shall be limited to the driveway <br /> approach only. No vehicle backing onto the public roadway is allowed. (Planning Title <br /> Section 93704) <br /> 3. PUBUC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a Upgrade the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). Install the septic system <br /> to meet the demand of 155 parishoners. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 53003). <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> d. Destroy the well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division, as per <br /> the notes on the site plan. <br /> e. The new well is to be installed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time the old well is destroyed. <br />
