Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the 'tow away, sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> C. Certification of the existing elevation is required with all permit applications for structures <br /> located within the 100-year flood zone, unless project improvement is less than 50 <br /> percent of the value of the building. <br />
