All plant material within a fifteen-foot (151 ) <br /> triangle at the intersection of driveways and <br /> streets shall be no more than three feet (31 ) in <br /> height above curb level, except for trees which <br /> are trimmed so that no branches extend lower than <br /> six feet (61 ) above the curb level. (Section 9- <br /> 3233 (h) ) <br /> b. The following landscaping is required in the open <br /> parking areas: <br /> 1. A minimum of five percent of the area shall be <br /> landscaped. <br /> 2 . One tree shall be required for each ten (10) <br /> parking spaces or portion thereof. <br /> 3 . Protective six (6) inch concrete curbs or standard <br /> concrete wheel stops shall be required where <br /> landscaped areas abut parking stalls or driveways. <br /> C. The required landscaping shall be install prior to the <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the <br /> church. <br /> 7 . A trash enclosure shall be provided for any outdoor trash <br /> receptacles and shall be designated on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall <br /> and gated on the fourth side. <br /> 8 . Parking lot lighting: <br /> a. The equivalent of one-foot candle illumination shall be <br /> provided throughout the parking area. <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> C. Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond <br /> the project site. <br /> d. Lighting details shall be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br />
