b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$616.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square feet of building designated as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-96-592) <br /> C. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> d. This Site Approval shall expire if and when it is necessary to remove the structures due to <br /> improvements to the State Route 99 and Hammer Lane interchange. Upon expiration of this Site <br /> Approval, the applicant, upon 90 days written notice, shall remove the structures at the applicant's <br /> sole cost and expense.
