The <br /> subject lots are along a minor collector leading from Highway 99 <br /> into the area. The convenience store on the corner and the <br /> church to the east also add to vehicular and pedestrian traffic . <br /> The Department of Public Works is asking for improvements in con- <br /> formance to County standards for a 60-foot rural right-of-way. <br /> The right-of-way currently exists at 60 feet , so no new dedica- <br /> tion is required. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS : <br /> An Initial Study was prepared for this project on October 13 , <br /> 1988 . At the time of the Initial Study, it was determined that <br /> the proposed project could not have a significant effect on the <br /> environment . On the basis of the Initial Study, a Negative <br /> Declaration was prepared. <br />
