Item No . 2 <br /> PC : 1-5-89 <br /> MS-89-21 <br /> Page 6 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1 . Local Health District : <br /> This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A per- <br /> colation test and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required for Health District approval . <br /> A permit for the percolation tests from the Health District <br /> is required. All three lots must have percolation tests run. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. ( 1 ) All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County <br /> of San Joaquin. <br /> ( 2 ) All Improvement Plans and Specifications must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> ( 3 ) If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Parcel Map, the sub- <br /> divider shall execute an agreement with the County of <br /> San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements <br /> within one year after filing the Parcel Map. <br /> ( 4 ) Foppiano Lane and North 99 Frontage Road shall be <br /> improved on the subdivision side in conformance to <br /> County Standards of a 60-foot Rural Right-of-Way <br /> Street . <br /> c . ( 1 ) Storm drainage shall be contained on each lot . <br /> ( 2 ) The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the <br /> County and provide adequate drainage for the improve- <br /> ments (development ) . The acceptance or approval by <br /> the County of the drainage system does not relieve the <br /> developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility of <br /> providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> d. An R-Value Test shall be required. <br />
