Item No . 2 PC : 1-5-89 MS-89-21 Page 6 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. 1 . Local Health District : This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A per- colation test and a sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test are required for Health District approval . A permit for the percolation tests from the Health District is required. All three lots must have percolation tests run. 2 . Department of Public Works : a. A parcel map is required. b. ( 1 ) All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. ( 2 ) All Improvement Plans and Specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map. ( 3 ) If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Parcel Map, the sub- divider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one year after filing the Parcel Map. ( 4 ) Foppiano Lane and North 99 Frontage Road shall be improved on the subdivision side in conformance to County Standards of a 60-foot Rural Right-of-Way Street . c . ( 1 ) Storm drainage shall be contained on each lot . ( 2 ) The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the County and provide adequate drainage for the improve- ments (development ) . The acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage system. d. An R-Value Test shall be required.
