The approval of this center was erroneous in that commissioners failed to properly consider the following significant effects on the environment: 1. This center would inducegrowth; 2. That it conflicts with existing uses in the area; 3. That the center has an inadequate septic system for the usage; and 4. That issues concerning water, septic, parking, lighting, traffic, air quality, and aesthetics were not properly considered and require an Environmental Impact Report. List any conditions and or findings being appealed and give reasons why you think it should be modified or removed: We are appealing the negative declaration.
