Hwy. 99 (Frontage) <br /> USE: Site Approval <br /> CONDITION( S) : In the event that this application is approved, it is <br /> requested that the following conditions be made a part of tl}is approval: <br /> I. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Health <br /> District prior to occupancy. Should the number of employees exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four (4 ) , a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22, CAC, will be required by the Health District. <br /> 2 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system( s ) under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Health District for the maximum proposed number <br /> of employees ( 250 ) , prior to occupancy. One hundred feet of leach <br /> line will be required between each seepage pit proposed and the septic <br /> tanks. Connection to a public sewer system will be required when they <br /> have the capacity to allow the connection or if the business exceeds <br /> 250 employees . <br /> 3. Septic system can be used for only domestic type wastes . No dis- <br /> charge of hazardous materials or waste will be allowed into the septic <br /> system or ground disposed. <br /> 4 . Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development. <br /> 5 . Obtain TSD permit for Department of Health Services, State of <br /> California, for the storage and treatment of hazardous waste, if a <br /> permit is required by that agency. <br /> 6 .
