7 . The- San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services should be <br /> contacted for permit requirements regarding hazardous materials . <br /> 8. If more than 10 per cent of the volume of the hazardous waste <br /> tank is below grade, it will be considered an underground storage <br /> tank and is subject to regulations and permit requirements of the <br /> State of California and/or the Health District. <br /> 9.
