with any other land use approvals shall be subject to <br /> the applicable substantive and procedural provisions of <br /> the COUNTY' s zoning, subdivision and other applicable <br /> land use ordinances in effect on the dates of applica- <br /> tion for amendment and land use applications . <br /> Section 2 . General Development of the Property. <br /> A. Development and Control of Development . DEVELOPER shall <br /> have the vested right to develop the Project on the Project Site <br /> in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, <br /> the Project Approvals, and such amendments thereto as shall, from <br /> time to time, be approved pursuant to Section 1 .0 and 1 . D of this <br /> Agreement . <br /> B. Permitted Uses. The permitted uses of the Project <br /> Site, the density and intensity of use, the maximum height, bulk <br /> and size of proposed buildings, provisions for reservation or <br /> dedication of land for public purposes and location of public <br /> improvements, location of public utilities and other terms and <br /> conditions of development applicable to the Project Site, shall <br /> be those set forth in this Agreement and the Project Approvals <br /> and amendments thereto. Permitted uses shall include the pre- <br /> sently approved Aero-Turbine Project and inauscriui uses <br /> established in the M-2 zone provided they are compatible with <br /> normal airport operations and subject to the restraints and <br /> restrictions discussed and delineated in Attachment "D" attached <br /> hereto. <br /> The COUNTY is bound to permit the uses on the Project Site <br /> which are permitted by this Agreement only insofar as this <br /> - 8 - <br /> � a- w <br />
