7 . Uses which create emissions or reflections affecting <br /> airport visibility or communications or which affect aids to <br /> navigation. <br /> S. Offices which are not accessory to an approved <br /> industrial use. <br /> 9. Any other uses that are not otherwise permitted in the <br /> M-2 Zone. <br /> ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS <br /> 1 . Any new construction must first be reviewed by FAA and <br /> Developer must submit FAA Form 7460-1 to accommodate this <br /> review. <br /> 2 . Penetration of the Airport perimeter fence will require <br /> security ( i. e. , fencing and lighting) consistent with FAA <br /> requirements and the Aero-Turbine Project will be subject to the <br /> benefits and burdens of the provisions of a "Through the Fence <br /> Operation" attached hereto as Exhibit D-1 . <br /> 3 . Any use proposed by Developer cannot affect the hours of <br /> operation at the Airport. <br /> 4. Construction of buildings for employment and human occu- <br /> pation at the Project Site will be prohibited within the first <br /> 400 feet south of the Airport perimeter as shown on the map <br /> attached as Exhibit D-2. <br /> 5. Conflicts which arise between the proposed development <br /> and neighboring agricultural uses will be mitigated by the use of <br /> a buffer area between the industrial use and cropland. The speci- <br /> fic design of the buffer area will be established at the time <br /> application is made for permits authorizing the industrial deve- <br /> lopment and the buffer area will be included in the Site Plan for <br /> the specific project. <br /> J:AERol .l <br />
