Developer shall grant the well site and equipment to San <br /> Joaquin County upon demand of the County. <br /> i . The developer shall privately acquire easement for storm <br /> drainage pipeline and shall provide fee title for the pump <br /> station parcel . <br /> 2 . Local Health District <br /> a . Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Health District prior to occupancy . Should the number of <br /> employees exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year , or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four ( 4 ) , a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22 , CAC , will be required by the <br /> Health District . <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system( s ) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District for the <br /> maximum proposed number of employees ( 250) , prior to <br /> occupancy . One hundred feet of leach line will be <br /> required between each seepage pit proposed and the septic <br /> tanks . Connection to a public sewer system will be <br /> required when they have the capacity to allow the <br /> connection or if the business exceeds 250 employees . <br /> C. Septic system can be used for only domestic type wastes . <br /> No discharge of hazardous materials or waste will be <br /> allowed into the septic system or ground disposed . <br /> d . Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board , Central Valley Region , prior <br /> to development . <br /> e . Obtain TSD permit for Department of Health Services , State <br /> of California , for the storage and treatment of hazardous <br /> waste , if a permit is required by that agency . <br /> f . if facility only generates and removes waste within 90 <br /> days , a permit will be required from the Health District <br /> and applicable hazardous waste rules and regulations must <br /> be complied with. <br />
