ALVAzo- <br /> �' ;9 <br /> FINDINGS FOR APPROVAL: <br /> The proposed subdivisioni& -=c S iStent with the General <br /> Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan, <br /> and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed <br /> subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and the <br /> Policies of the General Agriculture designation on the <br /> General Plan Map. <br /> There are no Specific or Special Purpose Plans. <br /> The consistency of all General Plan Agricultural <br /> objectives are. reinforced with. the horizontal <br /> consistency of Agricultural' Lands Policy No. 7, under <br /> Preservation of A ricultural Lands/Compatible Uses, <br /> which states: <br /> There shall be no further fragmentation of land <br /> designated for agricultural use, except in the <br /> following cases: <br /> (a) Parcels for homesites may be created, <br /> provided that the General Plan density is not <br /> exceeded. <br /> 2 . The design of improvement of the proposed .subdivision is <br /> consistent with the ,General Plan and any applicable Specific <br /> Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • This finding can be made because: <br /> The subdivision is consistent with Agricultural Lands <br /> Policy Mo. 7, under Preservation of Agricultural <br /> Lands/Com atible Uses; and <br /> Section 9-610.1 of the Development Title provides for <br /> area exceptions. to the Qinimum parcel size which allows <br /> for the creation of homes parcels. <br /> `/ 3 . The site. is physically suitable for the type of development. <br /> • This finding can bemade: because all development <br /> requirements in the County Development Title and <br /> all minimum County standards are met. <br />
