The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of <br /> development. <br /> • This finding can be made because the number of parcels <br /> proposed by the application is consistent with the <br /> density allowed under the A/G (General Agricultural) <br /> General Plan designation. <br /> 5 . The design of the subdivision of the proposed improvements <br /> are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or <br /> substantially and avoidable injure fish or wildlife or their <br /> habitat. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study <br /> prepared for the project indicated that there will be <br /> no significant adverse impacts on the environment or <br /> upon threatened or endangered species. <br /> 6 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is <br /> not likely to cause serious public health problems . <br /> • This finding can be made because the subdivision's <br /> design and improvements must meet County standards. <br /> Soil suitability studies are required to determine if <br /> septic systems will be suitable. <br /> 7 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements <br /> will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at <br /> large, for access through or use of property within the <br /> proposed subdivision. <br /> • This finding can be made because there are no easement <br /> acquired by the public at large within the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> B . Any land or improvements to be dedicated to the County are <br /> consistent with the General Plan. <br /> • This finding can be made because any such improvements <br /> or land must meet County standards and requirement for <br /> dedication and/or construction. <br /> 9 . The design of the subdivision provides, to the extent <br /> feasible, for future passive of natural heating or cooling <br /> opportunities in the subdivision. <br /> • This finding can be made because the homesite parcel is <br /> large enough so that individual dwellings can be <br /> situated to take advantage of solar orientation. <br />
