Hazelton Avenue <br /> Re: Opposition to Application # PA-0600187 by Mr. Paul Bagha <br /> To all those this may concern: <br /> We very strongly oppose the use permit application to build a <br /> religious facility on the corner of Naglee and Larch Roads in Tracy. <br /> We have various concerns with this project. This facility is going to <br /> be built on a flood zone. At this time it looks like the new building will be <br /> right next to our fence line and drainage will be a problem if they have to <br /> raise the ground. <br /> What are the applicants going to do with the old existing buildings? <br /> The traffic is horrendous right now, sometimes is dangerous to get in and out <br /> of our driveway, since Naglee Road turns from two lanes to one right in <br /> front of our house. <br /> Is there going to be a traffic study? <br /> With this amount of traffic are we going to need turning lanes on <br /> Larch and Naglee Roads to accommodate the turning traffic into this <br /> property? <br /> These streets are already Highways in process and accidents on the <br /> rise and drivers not having any concern or respect for the people that already <br /> live in this vicinity. <br /> Are we getting any services from the city of Tracy? <br /> Our lives have been impacted by traffic, noise level, crime, loitering <br /> and road conditions. <br />
