APNs : 101-110-70 and 71 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area . In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, flocdplains , and floodway areas , <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105 , <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923 -7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Navone Road is private and has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee and Water Supply Facilities Impact <br /> Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fees <br /> are due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . The Parcel Mab requirement is waived.
