CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-95-27 <br /> Ferro Union <br /> On June 7, 1995, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved MS-95-27 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed below. This approval will expire 36 months from the date <br /> of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has <br /> been submitted to the County Surveyor for approval. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> (1) Parcel 1 shall have a minimum lot width of 100 feet. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-510.4) <br /> (2) Parcel 1 shall have a minimum lot area of 2 acres. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105.2[d][61) <br /> b. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: A Certificate of Compliance is required for each <br /> parcel. (Development Title Section 9-890.4) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact Person: Richard W. Heib, 468-3000) <br /> (See the attached memo from Public Works dated May 24, 1995.) <br /> 3. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br />
