Munro Orchard Subdivision
Page 5
suitable for use of on site sewage disposal systems. Recommended systems should include shallow
leach lines running to dry wells as per county standards. Although the residences to the west and
south of the proposed site have utilized shallow leach lines solely, it is recommended that dry wells
be used in conjunction with leach lines, due to the apparent dip of the sand stratum across the subject
property.
Due of the size of the lots and the depth of ground water in the area, it is our opinion that the
installation of the proposed septic systems, if properly installed, should not adversely affect the
quality of the ground water in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing
and proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed
at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the
test holes and percolation tests results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general
area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty
is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of
professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
PERS 1
N
1 W
Q A
P
4sSpG♦
