f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall comply with Federal Aviation Administration regulations. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 468-3023) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within the road right-of-way. Note. Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only. All vertical features, including but not limited to fences, <br /> walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping, and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Improvement Standards Drawing No. R-17 prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section9-1145.5) <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of the building permit. <br /> d. The proposed project shall follow the practices in the County's"Small Site Storm Water Management <br /> Plan." <br /> e. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> INFORMATIONAL NOTES: <br /> (1) This property is subject to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector <br /> Control District(209-9824675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices guidelines for storm water devices, ponds, and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> (2) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish <br /> floor elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by Environmental Health <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 4. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP).
