• Live Oak searched both databases on September 29, 2015 for any listed sites <br /> within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either <br /> database, and no other facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Leaking Underground <br /> Storage Tanks lists dated August 2015, for facilities of concern within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. One facility was identified: <br /> • AE Dixon & Sons, 27669 Thornton Rd. This facility, located approximately <br /> 650 feet west of the Site, is included on the Hazardous Materials, <br /> Hazardous Waste Generators, and Aboveground Storage Tanks <br /> databases. Based on its distance from the Site, this facility is not <br /> anticipated to have impacted the Site at this time. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on October 13, <br /> 2015 for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The <br /> Site was not listed, and no facilities within one-quarter mile were identified. <br /> • Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Two wells were <br /> identified at addresses within approximately 1.5 miles of the subject Site. Both <br /> wells had been tested for nitrate and DBCP. DBCP was not detected in either <br /> well; nitrate was detected in one at a concentration of 4 mg/L. The Maximum <br /> Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L. The <br /> MCL for DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. <br /> 7.3 __Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of Stokes Brothers. According to the records, the Site <br /> has been used to grow wine grapes from 2012 through the present. A variety of <br /> agricultural chemicals were applied to the Site during this time period, as <br /> indicated on the attached pages in Appendix 5.
