Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9- <br /> 1110.5). <br /> B. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1 1 10.4). <br /> D. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach Yield area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title.
