Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> F. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: The proposed use of the existing well for a public water source can not be approved until <br /> the well can be shown that it complies with the construction standards stated in Bulletin 74-81, <br /> Water Well Standards, State of California, and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Division's Well Standards. The well must also meet the water standards for a non transient, non <br /> community water system. <br /> G. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> H. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 1. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> J. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> If underground storage tanks are to be installed, then you must submit four(4) sets of detailed <br /> underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and approval <br /> prior to beginning construction. <br />
