The study was performed according to the requirements of Section
9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included
conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin
County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD).
In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information, geologic
` maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a
septic system. Part II of this report contains the nitrate loading study.
The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible,
the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist; dated July 14, 2003.
1.1 Site Description
The Site consists of one parcel,Assessor Parcel Number 132-070-09, 8.00 acres in size (Plate 1).
` The county application number is PA-04-768.
