Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s). A review fee of$178.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The study shall address whether the existing septic system can be utilized for the <br /> proposed office complex. Permit#25302 reflects different existing leach-lines from the <br /> site plan that was submitted. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and incorporate the 100%designed septic system replacement area prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. Also show that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
