Newton Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 <br /> & 9-1110.4). <br /> 2. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental <br /> Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident <br /> individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of <br /> permit to operate a public water <br /> service connections exceed four, a yearly p <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 3. Destruction or proper sealing of the abandoned well(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required.
