According to their lease contract, they have a right to <br /> remove their signs at any time. The removal of the sign on Mr. Parrish's property would precede the <br /> approval and construction of the new sign to the north; therefore, they would be in compliance with County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1710.6[a][4]regarding the 1,000-foot spacing of advertising signs. <br /> Appeal Statement No. 4 <br /> 4.
