SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]). Truck and trailer parking areas <br /> are not considered outdoor storage. Equipment storage areas are considered outdoor storage <br /> and will need to be screened. <br /> (2) SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet <br /> from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe). UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: <br /> A. Appendix 111-A and ill-B of the California Fire Code(public water mains). <br /> B.
