BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from an M occupancy to an H-4/F2 occupancy <br /> (U.B.C. Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code <br /> provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access <br /> requirements. , <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24, and UPC <br /> Chapter 4). <br /> ' <br /> (3) The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the UniformBuilding <br /> Code for an F2 occupancy and S type of construction. The building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system, change type of construction, or separated into conforming <br /> areas with area separation wall(s). <br /> 2.
