PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> A permit for the percolation test is required form the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on parcel #2 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel <br /> #2 under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The developer shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and the <br /> removal of irrigation structures for those parcels not wishing <br /> to continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> b. Construct a berm or ditch around parcel #1 to prevent flooding <br /> resulting form the irrigation of surrounding properties. <br /> C. If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate private <br /> irrigation easements shall be provided and provisions made to <br /> extend an irrigation line to the parcels who will continue to <br /> irrigate. In lieu of extending an irrigation line, a <br /> statement may be placed on the map stating that the property <br /> owner is responsible to extend an irrigation line to his <br /> property through private easements. <br /> d. The developer/owner shall grant easements of sufficient width <br /> for all District facilities on subject property which do not <br /> have recorded documents are needed. <br />
