The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> .. 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests,a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist; dated July 14,2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Numbers for the Site are 103-280-12 and 103-280-13. The parcels are 0.360 <br /> and 4.460 acres in size,respectively (Plate 1). The county application number has not yet been <br /> ` assigned at the time of this report. The Site is currently vacant land crossed by a former irrigation <br /> canal.
