Likely historical use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from current uses of the site, except for the following: • Surface debris, including paint cans and empty chlorine buckets, was observed on the property. .. 3.4 Past Off-Site Potential Sources of Contamination ' r. No above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were identified from past uses of surrounding properties,except for the following: A drug lab which impacted the septic system was detected at a nearby residence. The owner of that property was instructed by the EHD to sample the domestic well for hazardous chemicals. The results of the testing were not available. 3.5 Current Off-Site Sources of Contamination No above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were identified from current uses of the surrounding properties. .. 4.0 EVALUATION OF IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES From the information available at the EHD,it was not possible to determine whether the nearby drug �., lab cases may have impacted groundwater beneath the subject property,though it does not seem likely due to their distance from the property. 8
