According to information in the files, the case involved a drug lab site at a residence on the west side of Patton Avenue. The interior of the house was tested for hazardous chemicals, the septic tank was pumped, and soil borings were taken from the septic leach line area. EHD recommended on March 4,2004 that the drinking water well on to the property should be tested for the chemicals in question. The results of this testing were not available for review. The UST Program Fadlity Inventory by Facility Name,dated April 11,2001,was also searched at the EHD on September 23,2005 for the names of Huerta and Lucchesi.No records were found for the subject property. I L3 San Joaquin County OA ce ofEmergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services(OES)web site was searched on September 23, 2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No listings were found for the subject property addresses of 11573 Norman Avenue,or for V the names of Huerta or Luccesi. According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES,no incident reports are on file at that agency for the subject property or properties within one-quarter mile' A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the �. subject property was conducted on September 23,2005.
