L October 26,2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E5106A <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located near the far western end of Norman Avenue in Stockton, California. <br /> The property consists of a 4.85 acre parcel(APN 103-280-14). The parcel is rectangular in shape.There <br /> is one single-family residence on the southern end of the subject property. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site, the subject <br /> property is zoned R-R,rural residential. This zoning designation"is intended to provide for large lot <br /> rural home sites within or adjacent to existing Rural Communities. Lots will have sufficient area to <br /> allow for individual water supply, sewage disposal, and storm water drainage, but not to support <br /> Lsignificant commercial agriculture"' <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
