L2.2 Aerial Photographs Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963 and 1975 were reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyors Office in Stockton,California.' Two additional photos,dated 1993 and 2002, were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver.3 One photo, dated 2005, was obtained from Google maps.' 6w In the 1937 photo,the subject property is a portion of a recently tilled agricultural field. No structures exist on the subject property.Land to the north and west is agricultural,while land to the south and east is agricultural with scattered residences. In the 1952 photo,the subject property appears to remain unchanged.Ada Avenue is now apparent to the north-of the property, and Patton Avenue is apparent to the west. New residences are apparent r. along the roads. In the 1963 photo,what appears to be a barn has been constructed near the southeast corner of the L subject property. A stream to the west of the subject property is visible. The stream is to the west of Patton Avenue and appears to travel east and then turn into a small canal which runs through the south of the subject property.Residences appear to have been constructed along Norman Avenue to the east L and west of the subject property.Two large buildings are apparent to the west of the subject property. Many new residences are apparent along Patton Avenue. `. The scale of the 1975 photo is such that it is not possible to make detailed statements about the subject property. The property and surrounding properties remain relatively unchanged from the previous Lphoto. The clarity of the 1983 photo is such that it is not possible to make detailed statements about the subject property. The barn is still visible in the southeast corner of the property. To the west and east along LPatton and Sibley Avenue,many new residences have been developed. LIn the 1993 photo, the small irrigation canal is visible in the southern portion of the subject property.
