Gather evidence of indiscriminate and/or illegal waste disposal <br /> 3. Conducting a review of regulatory agencies' records to: <br /> a. Review applicable State and Local regulations <br /> _ b. Contact appropriate regulatory personnel <br /> C. Review regulatory files regarding the property in question <br /> 4. Preparation of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> 5. Making recommendations for further investigation if necessary <br /> This Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA to date with <br /> regard to this project. The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are <br /> summarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> II. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> _ The subject property is located at 11931 East Norman Avenue, Stockton, California. The subject <br /> property is a 4.85 +/- acre, rectangular parcel currently used as a residence. To the north of the <br /> subject property is a farm and a residence. To the east and west of the subject property are <br /> _ residences. To the south of the subject property, across East Norman Avenue, is a residence. <br /> Maps and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. / ? y <br />
