Assessor's Parcel 103-280-24 Number: Address: 11931 East Norman Avenue, Stockton, California 95215 Surface Soil Types: Hollenbeck silty clay, 0 to 2 percent slopes. Permeability: Hollenbeck silty clay-permeability is slow Depth to Groundwater: Groundwater can be found at a depth between 80 and 90 feet below ground surface level,flowing either to the northwest or southwest. It appears as though the subject property resides over a ridge of groundwater. Current Site Use: The subject property is currently used as a residence. z. Past Site Use: The subject property has been used as a residence and agricultural land in the past. 7. i Soil and Hydrogeologic Information 173--Hollenbeck silty clay, 0 to 2 percent slopes. This moderately well drained, nearly level soil is in interfan basins. It is deep to a hardpan. It formed in alluvium derived from mixed rock sources. A few areas are dissected by intermittent sloughs that have been filled as a result of land leveling (USDA, p.70). Typically, the surface layer is grayish brown silty clay about 10 inches thick... In some areas the surface layer is clay or clay loam (USDA, p.70). Permeability is slow in the Hollenbeck soil (USDA, p.70).
