I. AESTHETICS: The surrounding area is a mixture of small and medium <br /> sized ranches with little or no housing on these properties. The area to <br /> be reclaimed will blend into the existing field towards N. Ripon Road. <br /> II. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED MINNING OPERATION: <br /> A. See Map <br /> B. PRODUCTION SCHEDULE: Removal of sand deposit to take one <br /> and a half years with a annual removal of 24,000 cubic yards. <br /> C. MINING PLAN: <br /> 1. The removal of the sand will be on a year round basis except for <br /> poor or bad winter conditions with the majority of the sand <br /> being removed during the spring to winter period. If permit is <br /> approved July 1, 2008 total reclamation should be completed by <br /> February 1, 2009 or sooner. <br /> 2. TOPSOIL: <br /> 1. The topsoil is to be removed from property and not replaced, <br /> the soils report shows that there is not much difference in the <br /> sandy topsoil to be removed and dirt beneath the topsoil. <br /> 2. There will be no stockpiling of the topsoil. The SANDY top <br /> Soil will be used. See soils analysis <br /> 3. There will be no stockpiling of topsoil as stated in item #2. <br /> 3.
