The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and shall include the <br /> following: <br /> a. Stockpile area shall delineate temporary stockpile boundaries and slopes. (No excavation or stockpile <br /> shall be allowed within 12 feet of the property boundary) <br /> b. Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt and gravel resulting from excavation operations.
