(Development Title Sections 9- 1145.4 and 9-1145.5) 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of improvement plan application. The fee currently is $201.50 per trip-end in the Ripon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. The fee is due and payable at the time of improvement plan application. The fee currently is $830.00 per 1,000 equivalent gross square foot of building. The fee is based on the current schedule. A cash deposit or security, in the amount and form acceptable to the Department of Public Works, shall be filed with the Department to ensure reclamation for the site, compliance with conditions of approval, and compliance with County and State mining regulations.
