The frontage improvements for North Ripon Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 60 foot rural collector road. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent <br /> to their estimated construction costs prior to approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. (A $250 . 00 fee currently is required <br /> for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal description <br /> of Parcel 1 and 2 and an estimate. The estimate and <br /> legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. <br /> As an option the Department of Public Works will prepare <br /> the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $100 . 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-9430, 9-9433) <br /> f. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207, San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-lc and the <br /> Ripon Fire District prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit.
