VII CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the percolation test, the soil profile and the past performance of
the existing septic system, it is our opinion that the subject property is well suited for
the continued use of the present septic system.
Although the depth of the dry well at the residence leach field is at 20 feet, San Joaquin
County Ordinance 549 established in 1949, states that the maximum depth for dry
wells shall not exceed 25 feet. Based on this information the existing system should not
adversely affect the quality of the ground water in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the
existing development and on site conditions as they existed at the time we excavated
our test pits and performed percolation testing. It was assumed that the test pits and
percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general
area.
It is in our professional opinion that the findings and statements do not constitute a
guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
Sincerely, 0i ESSlO
Arrowhead Consultants, Inc. `` e N.
